Learn How to Lower Anxiety Through Self-Regulation in Five Weeks
This training is designed to help you better understand and shift your experience with anxiety and other forms of nervous system activation. It is offered over five weeks with weekly 1.5 hour long sessions. Using a somatic, body-based, and developmental approach, each session builds on the last – providing both essential knowledge and practical self-regulation tools you can begin applying right away.
